OPTIONAL DEMOGRAPHICS
You have the option to share information about your identity. Why are we asking for this information? Because artists who have been impacted by the racist, discriminatory, and harmful narratives this fellowship seeks to change will be highly considered for the fellowship. This includes Black artists, artists of color, Indigenous artists, queer artists, immigrant artists, disabled artists, and poor artists. We've included the following questions to help make these considerations during the fellowship selection process.
Note: This section is entirely optional. This information is confidential and will only be shared with Economic Security for Illinois and its fellowship advisory board (who are participating in the selection process).
